Your Role as an SENCO: Lead & Manage the SEN Department – Oversee the provision for students with special educational needs and ensure their needs are met effectively. Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) – Tailor learning plans to support each student’s unique needs and ensure their academic and social development. Monitor Student Progress – Track the progress of students with SEN, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and adjustments. Collaborate with Staff & Parents – Work with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each student's education and well-being.
