Position Overview:
As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll work closely with the Cafe Manager to create a seasonal breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea menu. This is a seasonal position which runs until early November. Candidates must be 18 or over,

Key Responsibilities:
Working with the Cafe Manager the role is versatile and involves preparing and cooking food for breakfast, lunch and afternoon teas.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained.
Work with the team to deliver exceptional service to our visitors.
Qualifications and Skills:
Kitchen / catering experience
Passion for food and people
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

The role will require
* Helping to prepare dishes throughout the day
* Helping with deliveries and restocking.
* Ensuring a clean environment, meeting EHO standard
* Stocktaking
* Experience preferred but not essential
* Attention to detail is a must and the ability to work well under pressure
* Must be available to work weekends
Salary: £ £13.00 per hour depending on age and experience
