We’re looking for an inquisitive and driven Insight Analyst to join our Team. If you’re passionate about understanding customer behaviour and using data to shape business decisions, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
Our team’s mission is to be the voice of the customer — turning data into actionable insights that influence strategy, guide commercial decisions, and enhance the experiences we deliver to our customers. Working closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and other commercial teams, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow smarter and faster.
Reporting into the Senior Insight Manager, you’ll:
* Deliver actionable insight to support strategic decision-making across the business
* Automate and improve existing reports and processes to drive efficiency
* Develop new analyses and customer views to uncover trends and opportunities
* Produce regular reports that highlight key performance indicators and customer behaviours
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams, acting as a trusted advisor
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
* Analytical, logical, and highly numerate, with an eye for detail
* An advanced Excel user, confident in manipulating and visualising data
* Experienced with (or eager to learn) database tools and programming languages (e.g. SAS & SQL)
* Able to communicate key messages clearly and concisely
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* A collaborative team player who enjoys building strong working relationships
