Job Purpose
* To deliver high-quality, patient-focused clinical pharmacy services
* To ensure the safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medicines

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert clinical pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use
* Undertake medication reviews and provide clinical advice to optimise therapeutic outcomes
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Support, supervise, and provide guidance to junior pharmacy staff
* Ensure medicines management complies with regulatory requirements and clinical guidelines
* Participate in clinical audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives
* Contribute to the ongoing development of pharmacy services and best practice
Essential Requirements
* GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
* Significant post-registration experience at a senior clinical level
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a wider healthcare team
