Job description:
BSNI are seeking a part-time Transport Office Clerk to join our client's busy team in the Mallusk area. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office tasks and possess strong organisational skills. This role can be 20 or 30 hours per week, depending on candidate.
Hours: Monday to Friday,2.30pm - 6.30pm (30 min unpaid break)
While training - 12pm - 6.30pm
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
Duration: Temp to perm
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
* Experience with Windows (specifically Excel)
* Dealing with customers and drivers both face to face and by phone
* Problem solving skills
* Ability to lift heavy goods
* Dealing with warehouse queries
Experience:
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages for office tasks
* Strong clerical and administrative skills
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
* Excellent organisational / time management skills to work in a busy, fast-paced office
* Prior experience in an office environment desirable but not essential
