We’re searching for an incredible Resident Services Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract!
The Resident Services Assistant plays a key role in our community, from the first point of contact to the complete departure, administering all tenancies. Ensuring all resident files are compliant, delivering excellent customer service to existing residents and new prospects, assisting with events, and addressing queries from residents throughout their tenancy with urbanbubble.
This role will work 5 days over 7 on a rota basis.

What will you do?
* Manage prospects/leads daily via phone or email from our internal system.
* Handle all administration involved in arranging tenancies.
* Arrange check-ins, prepare welcome gift packs & fobs.
* Conduct move-in inductions for new residents.
* Chase arrears in the first half of the month.
* Update arrears reports with amendments and updates.
* Support and cover Front of House to assist tenants’ inquiries and ensure lunch breaks are covered.
* Assist with organizing and planning residents’ events.
* Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure move-in monies and deposits have cleared before tenancy start dates.
What are we looking for?
* Previous lettings/property experience.
* Strong customer service skills and experience handling difficult situations in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other systems like databases or booking systems (training provided).
* ARLA qualification (desirable).
