Tildenet is looking for a driven and commercially minded Commercial Sales Manager to help grow our expanding Commercial division.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys winning new business, developing accounts and building long-term customer relationships. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, open new markets and increase sales across a wide range of sectors.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in any of the following markets:
* Geotextiles
* Construction Supplies
* Builders’ Merchants
* Civils / Infrastructure
* Agriculture
* Horticulture
* Garden Retail / Trade Distribution
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, including:
* Winning new business and opening new commercial channels
* Growing existing customer accounts
* Developing strategic relationships with merchants, distributors, contractors and retailers
* Conducting regular customer visits across the UK
* Managing pipeline activity and forecasting through CRM
* Identifying opportunities for new product introductions
* Representing the business at exhibitions and trade events
What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales success
* Experience selling into trade, merchant, contractor or retail channels
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Commercial awareness and margin focus
* Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
* Comfortable working independently with national travel
