A DAY IN THE LIFE
Your core mission is to drive awareness, generate leads, and support the sales growth of our products and services through strategic, high-impact marketing campaigns. Your day will always be varied and fast paced which will require relentless prioritization of strategies and tactics which drive the greatest commercial impact.
Responsibilities are varied and include:
* Working closely with the business to plan and align marketing campaigns with commercial goals, ensuring all activity is driven, targeted, and supports business growth.
* Planning and executing multi-channel B2B campaigns— including website updates, SEO, SEM, social media, and content creation to generate top of funnel consideration and lead generation.
* Growing our digital presence through sharp PR initiatives, digital campaigns, and driving engagement through regional localization and account-based marketing.
* Leveraging AI innovations, marketing automation platforms and digital tools to amplify our expert-driven insights. You’ll coordinate with remote partners and vendors and continually optimize for better conversion rates.
* Ensuring every campaign reflects our brand and complies with the latest privacy standards.
* Monitoring internal and external trends, report on KPIs and ROI, and turn marketing data into actionable results.
* Developing creative graphical presentations, short-form videos, and writing copy
* Evaluating emerging digital technologies and best practices to maintain relevance and effectiveness.

ABOUT YOU
You’re a hands-on digital marketing professional with plenty of B2B campaign experience who combines creativity with data-driven thinking. Equally adept at generating ideas and taking hands on action to bring them to life. You understand the power of empathy in connecting with audiences and can navigate sensitive messaging. With confidence and collaboration, you will partner with internal clients (SBD Business Units) to independently lead marketing campaigns—driving results through ownership, initiative, and strategic expertise.
You engage effectively with stakeholders across the business, building consensus and fostering strong working relationships to align marketing with broader goals.
You’re proactive in your learning, staying ahead of the latest trends and technologies and quickly applying new knowledge to keep your marketing fresh and effective. You bring innovative ideas inspired by both traditional and unconventional sources, turning challenges into opportunities.
You are highly organized and have proven experience analysing digital marketing data, running multi-channel paid and organic campaigns, within budget.You translate marketing strategy into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent and measurable execution across all channels.
You’re skilled in digital marketing in updating websites, SEO, CMS platforms, social media, video, marketing automation platforms, graphic design software, and Google Analytics, using these tools to maximise reach and impact.
Above all, you’re ready to take full responsibility for the digital marketing function, growing your expertise and making a real impact.
