Job Purpose
* The timely and accurate delivery of all VSO Financial Operations reporting requirements.
* Standardisation, Simplification and Industrialisation of FinOps activities in UK FP&A Function, working with wider FP&A network
* Participation in ERP
Job Description
* Weekly reporting for Finance Operations to Operational and Subsea Obeyas
* Monthly and Quarterly reporting for Finance Operations
* Quarterly Actuals Consolidation, analysis & reporting (multiple legal entities & currency)
* Co-ordination and planning of annual budget
* Consolidation and reporting of Annual budget (multiple legal entities & currency)
* Opex reporting (Local and Global reporting)
* Prepare Financial data for Finance Directors & Financial Controller as required
* Planning & Co-ordination of team reporting requirement with multiple regions
* Cashflow & Hedging for VSO
* Co-ordination and management of Audit queries
* Take an active role in implementing change, improvement initiatives
* Take an active role in standardisation of the work within the FP&A function
* Drive simplification of the work, and work with Global FP&A network to drive simplification across all FP&A teams globally.
* Create work standards for the FP&A function
* Support the ERP implementation
You are meant for this job if:
* Degree in Finance or Equivalent
* Finance & Controlling experience
* IT Literate
* Proven record of driving change
* Extremely organised and pro-active
* Prior experience in a similar role within the O&G industry
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong problem solving & analytical skills
