As the Plant Engineer your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out the service, maintenance and repairs to plant machinery such as diggers, dumpers, telehandlers and excavators
Diagnosing faults using specialist tools and equipment
Logging maintenance records on the company tablet
You will be based within the workshop but will be required to attend breakdowns if required
We would welcome applications from Plant Engineers with the following attributes:
Plant Engineers who have worked in positions such as, Engineer, Mechanic, Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer, Service Fitter, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Heavy Plant Engineer, or Plant Mechanic.
Plant Engineers with NVQ level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in plant maintenance
Previous plant experience is a must for this role
The ability to work under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines
A full UK clean driving licence is essential
