Property Solicitor – Broadway
An established, specialist law firm located in the heart of Broadway, Worcestershire, is looking to recruit a qualified Property Solicitor to join its friendly and close-knit legal team. About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering independent legal advice to clients involved in a wide range of property-related transactions. This includes:

* Buy-to-let portfolio finance
* Bridging and development loans
* Directors’ guarantees and company lending
* TR1s (Transfer of Title), JBSPs (Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor), ID1s & ID5s
* More complex commercial matters such as deeds of subordination and cross-guarantees
\n
Client appointments are primarily conducted via Zoom and are scheduled using an automated booking system. Each appointment typically lasts 10–15 minutes, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday (including a 1-hour lunch break).
You will work closely with a small but experienced team, including three Solicitors, two Trainee Lawyers and administrative support. All relevant training—particularly regarding lender requirements and documentation processes—is provided in-house.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clear, independent legal advice to clients in accordance with lender protocols
* Certify, witness and process legal documents in real time during appointments
* Use Zoom and basic IT tools to manage a steady schedule of virtual meetings
* Collaborate with the admin team to ensure smooth processing of paperwork
* Maintain compliance with a range of lender-specific requirements (working with 130+ lenders)
