This role based within the Asset Management team, reporting to the Head of Asset Intelligence, leads accountability for ensuring oversight of processes and standards related to building services (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Asbestos, Legionella and Security). This is delivered by supporting Estates colleagues on technical, engineering and building services matters on the key asset risks such as Fire, Water, Asbestos, Gas, Electricity, Lifts and Ventilation systems.
