The Role In this senior technical role, you will act as the expert within the Claims team, managing complex losses across multiple classes of insurance. Reporting into senior leadership, you will support the Claims Manager, lead client review meetings, and drive improvements to claims processes and customer outcomes. This is a hybrid role based from an East Anglia office, with occasional travel to a second regional office as required.
