Assistant Accountant

The Role:
Financial Accounting & Month-End:
* Executing key month-end activities such as preparing/posting journals, accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
* Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and supporting portfolio accounting.
* Assisting with audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes.
What We're Looking For:
* ACCA/CIMA part-qualified and finalists.
* Solid understanding of financial accounting and month-end processes.
* Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
* Industry experience in Energy is desired but not essential.
* Confidence working with complex data sets, equipped with strong Excel skills.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to excel in a dynamic trading environment.
