Job Title: Data Migration Lead Location: Havant/Thatcham/Reading Mode of working: Hybrid (3 Days/Week) Job Type: 6 Months Contract We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Data Migration Lead to oversee the data migration workstream for a major transformation project which is migrating HR and Payroll functions from our on-premise Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) application to Oracle HCM Cloud. The successful candidate will work across business and IT functions, leading a small team of data analysts to ensure that all the data required for the new solution (including non-EBS sources) is accurately identified and provisioned; and successfully migrated into the HCM Cloud platform. You will interface with a System Integrator who have overall responsibility for the migration and are performing the Oracle to Oracle ETL.
