About the Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Partner / Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across our three in-house health and wellness brands: This is a high-impact, fixed-term role for one year, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
As part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will be instrumental in shaping marketing strategy, managing external partners, and delivering measurable results across all customer touchpoints. Metabolics – With over 30 years of excellence, we specialise in clean-label, additive-free food supplements manufactured in the UK.
Nutristrength – Lifestyle nutrition designed for active individuals, offering premium protein and whole food products.
Motion Nutrition – Wellness supplements that help people sleep better, stress less, and feel more energised throughout the day.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and oversee the multi-channel marketing strategy across all three brands.
Align campaigns with commercial goals and brand positioning to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
Meta Advertising (Facebook/Instagram)
Manage agency relationships and performance to ensure optimal spend efficiency.
PPC Campaigns

Lead and deliver email marketing campaigns across all brands.
Optimise segmentation, automation, and creative to drive growth, retention, and engagement.
SEO
Drive organic growth by implementing SEO best practices in collaboration with external partners.
Monitor performance and refine strategies based on data insights.
Content & Influencer Marketing
Define and manage content strategy across platforms.
Identify and build influencer partnerships that align with each brand's voice and goals.
Develop and execute CRO strategies to enhance on-site performance across all three brand websites.
Monitor marketing KPIs and generate regular performance reports.
Proven success in a senior marketing role with a D2C focus, ideally in health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong background in paid social (Meta), PPC, email marketing, content strategy, and influencer marketing.
Exceptional project management and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
Passionate about digital marketing and helping wellness brands grow.
