Position
Service Advisor – Service Team at English Ford Poole (flagship site).
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop.
* Keep customers informed at every stage of their service and answer any questions or queries.
* Plan, prioritise and manage appointments and service workflows in a busy environment.
* Deliver consistently excellent customer service through face‑to‑face and telephone communication.
* Work as part of a team while maintaining strong personal initiative.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* Positive attitude, sense of humour, and good team player traits.
* Reliability, flexibility, punctuality.
* Ford Main Dealer experience is an advantage but not essential.
Hours & Salary
* Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
* Every other Saturday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.
* Salary: £30 k – 35 k per annum OTE, including departmental bonus; salary is DOE.
