We leverage technology and personal relationships to deliver insights and build strong client relationships. Our goal is to free up management’s time so they can focus on their core business. Our clients span sectors including charities, startups, and global market leaders.
Qualifications:
If you join the school leaver programme, you will study AAT over 2 years, then CA over 3 years, or complete a Chartered Manager Degree over 3 years. Completing one of these qualifications is essential. Full study support details will be provided in your contract and training policies.
Responsibilities:
* Be a key team member, supporting client work and delivering consulting solutions.
* Complete interactive training and learn on the job from team members.
* Receive feedback and set goals for development.
* Support other team or office activities such as recruitment or marketing.
* Perform financial analysis, prepare management accounts, statutory financial statements, VAT returns, bookkeeping, and advise clients on financial systems.
What we are looking for:
We value passion, personality, and originality. Your qualifications, skills, and experience should include:
* A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level).
* Creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
* Comfort with digital tools and proactive adoption of new technologies.
* Attention to detail and high-quality work.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Lifelong learning enthusiasm.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
If this describes you, we believe you'll enjoy working with us.

What we offer:
A culture that nurtures individuality and supports your potential. We will support your qualification journey, offer a tailored development programme, and provide access to online learning and wellbeing benefits.
Due to policy changes effective April 2024, we only accept applications from individuals with the right to live and work in the UK. The role starts on Monday, 11 August 2025. Our start dates are mandatory for training purposes. We accept only one application per recruitment cycle.
