Sensory Team Social Worker - Hulme Location: Hulme District Office, 323 Stretford Road, Manchester, M15 4WU Rate: £30 per hour | Hybrid Role Role Overview: Provide specialist support to adults who are blind, visually impaired, Deaf, hard of hearing, or living with dual sensory loss. Conduct accessible Care Act and MCA assessments, and develop strength-based support plans. Lead safeguarding enquiries, risk management plans, and multi-agency protection meetings. Work within a Dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team (DMT) alongside rehabilitation officers, assistive technology specialists, health professionals, and voluntary sector partners.
