Position Overview
As an Analyst/Associate in the Solutions Team, you will handle a variety of cases from employees, managers, and HR. Using policy, internal processes, and your judgment, you will support queries through to resolution. Operating across all Lines of Business in the UK, the team offers HR Generalist support with a fundamental understanding of Technical and Advisory HR functions, reconciling global and regional processes across HR products, and becoming an SME in a product or initiative. The team provides consistent HR support and handles difficult conversations, utilizing HR specialist teams as needed.
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the intake of all new cases via email and our HR system, ensuring proper escalation.
2. Support ASK JPMC with complex questions, acting as an escalation point for advanced support beyond policies or specialist teams. Investigate and resolve queries.
3. Partner with HR Business Advisors and the Business to support the end-to-end redundancy process, including finalizing paperwork and supporting communication through to employment termination.
4. Assist managers and employees during leaves of absence, such as sickness, maternity/paternity, and unpaid leave.
5. Work on processing Flexible Work Requests, providing guidance and consultation.
6. Contribute to core projects supporting HR initiatives like process automation, product development, and stakeholder education.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* HR experience, especially handling HR cases via phone, email, or systems.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and operate comfortably with ambiguity.
* Strong organization and attention to detail, managing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
* Client-service orientation, sense of urgency, professionalism, and appropriate escalation.
* Self-starter with ownership of end-to-end processes.
* Knowledge of ServiceNow and Oracle HCM is a plus but not essential.
* Basic understanding of UK employment law is a plus but not essential.
