As a Service Designer (6-month FTC), you will be responsible for improving client journeys through insight and research. Your tasks include:
* Leading workshops, mapping journeys, and identifying friction points.
* Transforming pain points into plans, blueprints, and tangible improvements.
* Influencing teams across Client Experience, Insight, Marketing, and Change departments.
* Advocating for the client’s voice in all discussions, from senior meetings to frontline services.
* Monitoring trends and competitors to keep the firm ahead of the curve.
* This role involves strategic, hands-on work, managing multiple projects, validating ideas with real feedback, and implementing meaningful changes that clients can feel.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong experience in service design with a proven track record of transforming customer journeys.
Expertise in design thinking, journey mapping, and simplifying complex information.
Experience in the professional services, law, or financial services sectors.
