A nurturing and inclusive primary school in the centre of Chichester is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 1 with ASD. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child's educational journey while working within a supportive team.
Your Role Will Include:
* Providing consistent 1:1 support for a child with ASD in Year 1.
* Supporting emotional regulation, communication, and engagement in learning.
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies.
Creating a calm, structured, and encouraging environment.
