My client, an Engineering company based in Pershore is looking to recruit an Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis The position will be Mon-Fri (Apply online only) with a pay-rate of £13 an hour The main functions of the role will include - Support Reception area and receive Visitors as first point of contact onto the site - Deal with phone and email enquiries - Be responsible for all the stationary and consumables on site - Mange all relevant deliveries onto the site - General Admin support As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Ideally have some previous experience as an Administrator in an Engineering environment - Good IT skills including MS Excel - Strong communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels - Self-motivated to work independently Keywords Admin, Administrator, Purchase Orders, Invoices, stationery, consumables
