Keyholder - Braintree Village

30 hours per week - Flexible hours in line with the needs of the retail business

Our Sales Assistants are the heart of our retail stores, providing top quality customer service and delivering retail and operational excellence. Working Hours:

Contracted to 30 hours per week

Due to the nature of the retail business, you would be required to work flexible shifts between the store opening hours 9am-6:30pm which would include weekends (usually this would be either Saturday or Sunday - rather than the full weekend each week). In addition, our deliveries are scheduled for a Tuesday so our Keyholder would be required to work on a Tuesday (occasionally supporting with the delivery at 6am).

Our Mix that awaits you:

Customer Service:

6. Deliver the Haribo standards of customer service
7. Greet customers as they enter the store
8. Approach and engage customers; assist in their selection, applying product knowledge and making purchase recommendations
9. Sampling activities in and out of store
10. Process cash and card payments at the till

Retail Standards:

11. Deliver the Haribo standards of retail excellence
12. Ensure Haribo retail standards are maintained at the beginning and throughout the day
13. Products are correctly replenished, displayed and priced
14. Promotional items and offers are visible to customers and actively sold
15. Undertake daily cleaning duties within the store

Operational Standards:

16. Deliver the Haribo standards of operational excellence
17. Stock is replenished, counted, rotated and recorded correctly
18. Comply with company standards in Health & Safety, providing a safe environment for colleagues and customers
19. Understand and comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Environmental Permit as part of day to day activities
20. Complete food hygiene and handling training, ensure all food hygiene processes are followed and records completed

The Ingredients you bring with you:

21. Previous retail experience is essential
22. Online retail experience would also be beneficial
23. Experience handling cash and processing card payments
24. A desire to provide excellent customer
25. The ability to communicate well at all levels, being helpful and approachable
26. Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
