Concrete Operatives – Permanent

Activus Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a well‑established, multi‑disciplinary construction company based in Aberdeenshire. With 30+ years delivering projects across the UK, they specialise in concrete works, civil engineering, main contracting, and design & build.
Our client delivers concrete and civil works across multiple sectors, including agricultural developments, whisky distilleries, schools and public buildings, industrial and commercial units, and energy infrastructure projects. This is a permanent role, offering operatives the opportunity to gain experience across varied and technically demanding concrete works.
The Role:
* Carry out concrete works including preparation, pouring, and finishing
* Assist with formwork, shuttering, and general groundworks
* Work from drawings and site instructions
* Maintain high health & safety standards
* Travel to various sites as required
Requirements:
* Experience in concrete works or a similar construction role
* Valid CSCS Card (essential)
* Willingness to travel and drive
* Reliable team player with a professional attitude
