We are currenctly recruiting for a Intumescent Sprayer for a project based in Luton.
up to 1 months work.
Role Responsibilities
* Application of intumescent fire protection coatings to structural steelwork.
* Ensure correct wet and dry film thickness in line with specifications.
* Prepare steelwork (cleaning, priming, masking, protection of surrounding areas).
* Work in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and project RAMS.
* Complete QA records and daily site paperwork.
* Maintain spraying equipment and keep work areas clean and safe.
* Liaise with supervisors and site management to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience spraying intumescent coatings.
* Blue CSCS card (NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection or equivalent preferred).
* Competent using spray equipment and thickness gauges.
* Strong knowledge of H&S, COSHH, and working at height.
* IPAF and/or PASMA (desirable).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
