This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their friendly surgical ward on a permanent basis. The hospital boasts modern and state-of-the-art facilities and offers world class care to their patients. The role is working on a 28 bedded orthopaedic ward and is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work across a variety of specialities. This versatile service offers a range of procedures including hip replacements, total and hemi knee replacements, spinal surgery, feet, and and shoulder surgery. The surgical team are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join them and the role offers fantastic opportunity for career progression.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Registered Nurse on the surgical ward and will be responsible for the following;
8. Support in assessing patients health and well being across a complex and changing caseload
9. Assist in the delivery of care to meet the patients needs
10. Actively promote best practice
11. Contribute to quality improvements
12. Provide person centred care to every patient
13. Working and communicating well with the team
Who we’re looking for
14. Be NMC registered RGN – your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
15. Eligibility to live and work in the UK
16. At least 2 years UK experience in a surgical setting
17. Able to showcase excellent patients care
18. Strong communication skills
19. Flexible and eager to learn
