Hours of work: 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday & 08:00 to 12:00 Saturday (1 in 2 rota).
Job purpose summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to join our busy branch in Southam.
You will be responding to enquiries from both trade and retail customers via telephone and over the counter, offering them advice and guidance on the product ranges and helping them to make an informed choice, as well as providing quotes and taking orders.
You will work with the team to ensure our customers receive a professional high level of service, supporting with the stocking and merchandising of the shop area, and provide admin support.
You must be motivated and with an ambitious approach to your role and have the ability to balance the provision of excellent customer service with the need to generate sales for the company. Strong communication and people skills are essential.
