What You'll Be Doing As Stores Manager, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything is ready for our teams to deliver exceptional service: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse Prepare vans, tools, and equipment so teams are ready to go each day Manage stock levels and oversee inventory control to ensure accuracy at all times Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels Organise and maintain a clean, efficient and safe workspace Carry out basic repairs and maintenance on equipment Support the wider team to ensure smooth, efficient operations Step in on-site when needed, including assisting with Cherry Picker work What We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys getting stuck in: A hands-on, can-do attitude with a proactive mindset Strong organisation skills and great attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership Practical skills - ideally with basic mechanical or repair experience Comfortable working at height Previous warehouse and inventory management experience (preferred) IPAF licence (ideal, but we'll provide training if needed) Flexibility with working hours when required What's in It for You Competitive salary IPAF training provided if needed A role where no two days are the same Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding business Supportive, down-to-earth team environment Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
