Candidate Profile
* Currently a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager ready to advance
* Experience with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
* Proactive, hands-on leadership style, committed to delivering high standards
* Driven and resilient, with a positive can-do attitude
* Knowledge of KPIs, labour management, stock control, and food safety
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
* Experience with scheduling, forecasting, recruitment, and HR processes
* Proven success in training and developing kitchen staff, including apprentices and junior chefs
