About the role
As a Paint Technician, you’ll be tasked with carrying out all aspects of paint spraying on a wide range of vehicles in our new, state-of-the-art workshops. Working with all the latest equipment, you will also be responsible for minor body repair work for vehicles.
To be a Paint Technician, it is essential that you hold a full UK drivers’ licence.
Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of paint spraying on a wide range of vehicles, as well as minor body repair work
* Prepare paint spraying equipment and bodywork of the car
* Maintain and clean equipment, as well as storing the paints in the correct conditions
* Managing inventory of paints and equipment
What you need to succeed
* A relevant Body and Paint Maintenance qualification City and Guilds, IMI or BTEC
* Experience in painting but not necessarily automotive
