Description
We are seeking an Early Talent Attraction Assistant to join the Claims Solutions Group Talent Attraction team on a 6-month fixed term contract. The role supports the growth of our Early Talent recruitment strategy and is ideal for HR or Recruitment Administrators passionate about early talent attraction, seeking to advance their careers.
The main responsibilities include providing an efficient recruitment service for Early Talent positions (Apprenticeships, Paralegals, Claims Handlers), supporting the Early Talent Attraction Advisor, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with onboarding and candidate communication.
Who You’ll Be Working With
You will be part of the CSG Talent Attraction team, which is remote and nationwide, supporting activities across the UK, including assessment centres, careers fairs, and outreach at schools, colleges, and universities. The role offers flexibility regarding location, with attendance required in Birmingham or Newport.
What you will do
* Support recruitment activities for Paralegal, Claims Handling, and Apprentice vacancies.
* Coordinate assessment centres and candidate onboarding.
* Build relationships with stakeholders, educational institutions, and recruitment partners.
* Manage candidate and internal queries related to early talent programs.
* Participate in outreach events and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
* Assist with ad hoc projects and activities.
Who you are
* Experience in HR or recruitment is beneficial.
* Enthusiastic about early talent attraction, possibly with experience in education or careers services.
* Committed to providing a positive candidate experience.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Highly organized, able to prioritize and handle deadlines calmly.
