Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Yard Worker to join our team.
Duties
* Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to load and unload materials.
* Manage inventory by accurately tracking items within the warehouse management system.
* Perform heavy lifting and assist in the movement of materials throughout the yard.
* Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary.
* Driving to a number of sites.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse or yard environment is preferred.
* Experience with warehouse management systems will be beneficial.
* HGV licence is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
