Finance Business Partner
Salary – £ based on experience + bonus
A well-established division of a large global manufacturing company, with premises in Wigan. You’ll be working in a broad, commercial role, to support the decision making and ensure financial control.
Preparation of Management accounts, balance sheets and cash flows
Forecast future P&L performance
Managing a direct report, including delivering training plans and encouraging their development.
Control the Annual Investment Plan and carry out investment profitability studies.
Define and calculate standard costs (hourly rates, raw material, etc) and control updating of all the variables that depend on other departments and that are necessary in order to prepare the tariffs and pricing/quotations.
Analyse customer risks and make the necessary decisions in each case.
Prepare the annual performance assessment and define the action plan to be followed.
Monitor main current spends vs Budget on a weekly basis leading a robust forecasting process with the wider business to manage future decisions demonstrating exceptional attention to detail to deliver timely group reporting requirements
CIMA Qualified accountant with some PQE.
University graduate.
Excellent analytical skills, proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
Good Excel & ERP system skills (ideally previous SAP experience)
