An IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) is required for a leading technology provider specialising in managed IT services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions for organisations ranging from SMEs to global enterprises.
This is a hands‑on support role ideal for individuals with a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem‑solving in fast‑paced IT environments. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and core systems‑to ensure reliable day‑to‑day operations.
Requirements
* Willing to work in Nights (Rotational Shifts)
* Previous experience in a Level 1/2 support role.
* Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
* Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices
Desirable skills (not essential)
* MCP or CCNA certifications.
* VMware or Hyper‑V certification.
* Cloud accreditation (Azure/AWS).
