Rikama Education is currently working with a Primary School in Sevenoaks that is looking for a SENCO for 5 days per week – initially up until the end of the academic year.
Rikama Education is looking for a SENCO who:
1. Holds the National Award for SEN Co-ordination
2. Has high expectations of children’s attainment, progress, behaviour, and emotional well-being
3. Understands and can implement the SEND code of practice
4. Has experience of working with children with a range of individual needs
5. Has the ability to plan and evaluate interventions to gain the best outcomes for our pupils
6. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Has knowledge of reading and implementing EHCPs
