This key role is essential in supporting our consultants, ensuring smooth operations, and helping us deliver outstanding staffing solutions to our clients in the driving sector.
People Coordinator – Bristol
Salary: £27,000 per year | Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00
Key responsibilities:
* Take ownership of recruitment processes from start to finish, helping candidates and clients connect.
* Support transport planning and bookings to keep everything running smoothly.
* Create eye-catching job adverts and run campaigns across social media and job boards to attract top talent.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates ready to meet client needs.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, providing tailored staffing solutions.
* Assist with payroll, invoicing, and shift coordination.
To Be Successful:
* Experience in administration, recruitment, or sales.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
* Proactive, detail-focused, and solution-oriented.
* Experience with candidate sourcing and job advertising is desirable.
