In a small business your work is visible, valued and genuinely impacts performance. In this role you'll be one of fewer than 10 people in the office, building strong relationships across the business and closely aligning marketing with operations. Marketing is already a well-established function, operating for over six years. You'll inherit a strategy running through to Q3, giving you time to oversee delivery, understand the business, then take full ownership of ongoing marketing strategy and planning.
If you have broad marketing experience, can create content, manage paid digital campaigns and are a commercially minded, hands-on marketer who enjoys variety and ownership, this could be a great fit.

Where you'll be based
This is a full-time onsite role. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with an early afternoon finish on Fridays. The office is based near Huddersfield; due to the out-of-town location, a car is likely required for commuting. Free parking is available.

* 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays
* Early finish Fridays
* Opportunity to take ownership of marketing activity within a growing and supportive business
