Serco: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital Permanent, Full Time – 37.5 hours p/w, 6-week rotating shift pattern Up to £44,397 per annum Corporate Benefits Package Serco is seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Technician to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical and associated building services at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital. This is a critical role within a 24/7 healthcare environment, ensuring continuity of services and patient safety. Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive repairs, fault finding, servicing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and associated building services. Complete Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) in line with statutory and contractual requirements. Ensure all works are completed safely, to required technical and quality standards. Respond to unplanned and emergency works, prioritising tasks effectively during out-of-hours periods. Provide team leadership and shift coordination when working out of hours. Accurately record works using computerised maintenance and time-and-attendance systems. Communicate professionally with Trust staff, contractors, and Serco colleagues.
