Job Description:
MCS Group is supporting a large public sector organization based in Belfast in recruiting a HR Business Coordinator. The role includes:
* Supporting the Human Resource Manager(s) in managing human resources and employee relations issues according to organizational policies and legislative requirements.
* Acting as investigating officer for grievances and disciplinary cases, conducting investigations in line with HR policies.
* Managing HR records related to recruitment, discipline, sickness absence, overtime, leave, etc., and developing reports for operational and senior management.
* Monitoring and auditing departmental HR performance data, including overtime, agency work, attendance, etc.
* Participating in absence management, disciplinary, and grievance cases as needed.
* Assisting in managing sickness absence and ensuring compliance with absence policies.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A third-level qualification in Business Studies or Human Resource Management.
* Experience working within a unionized organization.
* Advice and guidance experience in key HR subjects.
