As a registered charity with decades of experience, we support individuals with Mental Health conditions, Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity, Youth and Adult Homelessness, and Older People services.

About the Role
As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support tailored to the needs and aspirations of the individuals we support.
Responsibilities
* Provide practical and emotional support that positively impacts health and wellbeing
* Assist in developing and implementing support plans
* Deliver support with daily living, personal care, tenancy needs, and medication
* Promote inclusion, personal development, and independence

* This role involves shift work, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
* PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration (or willingness to register) are mandatory
