Role Overview:
You will be a true people person, dedicated to the support of the department, its Managers, teammates and company culture. Main Responsibilities:
1. Support the Event & Groups Managers, leading by example and supporting the team to proactively sell and promote all of the Hotels to achieve Events & Groups budgets for each hotel
2. Assisting team members with block Revenue and Forecast accuracy to support the Event & Groups Managers produce accurate and timely reports on a weekly and monthly basis
3. Support Event & Groups Managers with block checks in preparation of Conference & Event forecasts and budgets for each hotel
4. Produce high quality booking detail and admin, allowing our Operations team to deliver excellence for our clients
5. Working as part of a group wide team, to exceed department KPI and targets based upon net revenue, Conversion and Client Satisfaction
6. Taking responsibility for customer satisfaction, recruitment, staff training, monitoring staff performance and increasing sales.

7. Previous Event and/or Group rooms related role
8. Demonstrate strong experience at supervisory and/or team training, coaching and leadership
9. Track record of working to high standard/attention to detail
10. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
11. Excellent customer service and communication skills
12. Excellent sales techniques in order to maximise sales revenue
