Position: M&E Construction Manager
Location: Surrey (Bagshot)
Salary: £320‑£350 per day
Contract
12‑18 months.
Partner: well‑established M&E Contractor with 25+ years.
Project Overview
Major commercial critical infrastructure project in Surrey. Initial phase valued £1‑2 million, ~18 months, further phases anticipated.
Responsibilities
* Lead day‑to‑day on‑site delivery from mobilisation through construction, commissioning and handover.
* Work closely with Project Manager and site delivery teams.
* Ensure safe, programme‑on‑time, budget‑controlled delivery, maintaining quality and coordination.
Qualifications
* Strong commercial awareness of M&E projects.
* Technical knowledge across all major mechanical systems.
* Ability to manage £1‑2 million projects day‑to‑day site delivery.
* Previous experience as a construction manager or similar role.
Salary & Benefits
£320‑£350 per day.
