Requirements What We're Looking For: We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Frontend Engineer who brings both strong technical ability and the mindset needed to help shape a growing engineering function. You should have a solid foundation in modern frontend development, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and the confidence to take ownership of complex UI challenges. Essential Experience & Skills • Proven experience in a Senior Frontend or equivalent role (typically 6 years). • Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6. • Deep experience with modern UI frameworks (React preferred, but Svelte or similar transferable skills also considered). • Strong capability in building scalable, data-rich applications and managing complex application state. • Experience developing reusable component libraries or contributing to design systems. • Proficiency working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. • Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and how to implement them. • Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright for unit, E2E, and automation testing. • Strong debugging skills with the ability to diagnose performance, rendering, and browser-related issues. • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with cross-functional teams.
