1. Supported daily production activities in a diversified manufacturing environment.
2. Ensured accurate reporting of materials, machine time, and labor time for production tracking.
3. Monitored plant inventory levels and made necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy.
4. Entered work orders and maintenance notifications to support equipment reliability.
5. Utilized quality systems to document non-conforming inventory and finished goods.
6. Maintained adequate levels of consumable production supplies.
7. Participated in production review meetings to support continuous improvement.
8. Assisted production supervisors with administrative tasks related to staffing and scheduling.
9. Collaborated with the planning department to create, optimize, and distribute production schedules.
10. Identified and resolved issues related to production orders to minimize disruptions.
What you'll need to succeed
11. University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field (preferred).
12. 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
13. Proficient in SAP; experience with SAP EWM is an asset.
14. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
15. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic analysis.
16. High school diploma or equivalent required.
