We are looking for a Diagnostic and Services Technician to join the team. The role is based in our air-conditioned fulfilment centre and involves diagnostics, software loading and despatching payment terminals. There is also a requirement to provide 2nd line telephone support. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostics on payment terminals and load software as required.
* Despatch payment terminals in a timely and accurate manner.
* Provide second-line telephone support to customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Excellent computer skills.
* The ability to quickly react in a busy working environment to ensure that our customer's requirements are met.
* Be able to work under pressure, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Team player with good analytical skills and a methodical approach.
* Experience of using Microsoft Office.
* Good communication skills.
* Having GCSE grades of C/4 or above in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent is a requirement.
Working hours
Hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break. There may be a need to be flexible with these hours and there will be the opportunity to work voluntary overtime if required.

All employees are required to have a criminal record (DBS) and credit check.
