Job Title: Project Manager - FWA (9 Months FTC)
Location: Midlands (Droitwich)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000 Per Annum
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will report to the Programme Manager and be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects related to network and wireless infrastructure. You will be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and the ability to work closely with the business to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
* Plan, execute and manage complex projects related to network and wireless infrastructure, including Access Technologies (wireless), Network Topography and Physical Infrastructure, BSS/OSS systems, security and other related technologies
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets that ensure successful project delivery.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, operations, and business units, to ensure successful project execution.
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risk.
* Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
* Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and vendor performance management.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other project-related documents.
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
* Monitor project expenses and manage project budgets.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and privacy policies.

Essential
* 5+ years of experience in project management of network and infrastructure projects.
* Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2.
* Knowledge of network infrastructure, design, and implementation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* Ability to travel as needed
