Poultry Farm Manager – Nuneaton - £40,000 Company Vehicle Relocation Support The Job: We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Pullet Rearing Farm Manager to oversee two farms near Nuneaton. This hands-on role is vital to maintaining our high animal welfare and biosecurity standards. You'll be responsible for the full rearing cycle, ensuring pullets are healthy, well-managed, and ready for transition into laying units. With a strong focus on welfare, health and safety, and operational excellence, you’ll monitor and manage everything from ventilation and lighting to feed, vaccinations, and staff coordination.
