The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well established main dealership based in Fareham, who are seeking a professional and customer focused Service Advisor to join their successful aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy franchised dealership offering a strong basic salary, uncapped earning potential, and a structured Monday to Friday working pattern, no weekends required.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing all service, maintenance, and repair requirements efficiently and professionally.
Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the customer journey.
Upsell additional work and services where appropriate, maximising workshop profitability and your personal bonus opportunity.
Liaise effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle handovers.
Motor trade Service Advisor experience is preferred; however, strong customer facing experience from other sectors will also be considered.
Excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and attention to detail are essential.
Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.
The Package:
£30,000 Basic Salary, £39,000 OTE (Very strong bonus structure with excellent earning potential, uncapped)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekend working.
