I'm representing a leading multidisciplinary consultancy with a thriving presence in Birmingham, now looking for an MRICS-qualified Senior Building Surveyor to take a central role in delivering projects for some of the UK's most recognisable property owners.

* MRICS status (or very close to achieving it)
* Experience in a consultancy or client-side role covering commercial property portfolios
* Strong communication skills - you'll be the trusted voice clients rely on
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commercial mindset
* UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required
